Great River Korean BBQ was founded in 1997 with a singular mission: to bring the vibrant, communal spirit of Korean charcoal grilling to the heart of the city. Passed down through two generations of the Kim family, every recipe, every marinade, and every cut of meat reflects decades of devotion to the craft.

We source only premium-grade meats, marinated in-house using traditional Korean recipes — rich with gochujang, doenjang, sesame, and Asian pear. Our tabletop charcoal grills are the centerpiece of every meal, inviting you to gather, grill, and share in the timeless Korean tradition of gogigui.
